For more than two decades, I’ve designed learning experiences that bring together storytelling, instructional design, multimedia production, accessibility, localization, and enterprise learning technology. My work has spanned healthcare, financial services, manufacturing, education, retail, and corporate learning — from global enterprises to growing organizations.
Throughout my career, I’ve focused on a central goal: creating learning that lasts, scales, and transforms how people perform. But I also recognized a persistent challenge. Organizations could measure completion without truly understanding how learning influenced decisions and behavior.
That insight led to DecisionLens™ — a methodology designed to move beyond completion metrics and reveal how learners apply knowledge, navigate decisions, and demonstrate readiness in real-world situations.
Today, together with Mike, I’m building Elixir Learning Solutions around that same philosophy: creating meaningful, scalable learning ecosystems that strengthen performance, reduce risk, and prepare people for the moments that matter most.
